The Waco Central Texas Chapter of The Links, Incorporated hosted our third annual "B.A.T." program at the Liberty Hills Middle School in Killeen, Texas, on Saturday, May 14th.
Students in the 6-8th grades participated in a 4 hr workshop on recognizing and defusing bullying! Workshop presenters included 2 local police officers, counselors and students.
The morning was insightful, educational and cathartic as the attendees and their parents addressed feelings about being bullied, being a bully and being a bystander while others were bullied. #WacoCTlinks #WALinks #LinksInc
